How we judge a company
In writing, before anyone is introduced.
Every company is scored on six things against evidence. Where a score falls between two levels, the lower one stands. A principal signs the result, and a company that is not ready is told what to fix.
- Numbers
- A model and a history that reconcile.
- Narrative
- A story an investor can repeat, and a position that holds.
- Governance
- Structure, capitalisation table and papers in order.
- Team
- Who runs the company, and what is missing.
- Market
- Size, timing and the Kingdom’s direction.
- Data room
- How far it sits from an institutional standard.
The lines we hold
We decline work we do not believe in, and end work we stop believing in.
We never name a client, nor describe their work.
We introduce only what we would stand behind.
Where we have an interest of our own, we say so in writing first.
We ask to be judged by where a company stands years later.
Governance
